We are a leading company in the distribution of smartphones, smart accessories, and digital solutions. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Follow up on clients and suppliers aging.
- Monitor and audit the sales team’s stock levels, ensuring accurate records and reconciliation.
- Review sales team stock reports, conduct periodic stock counts, and investigate discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics departments to ensure accurate stock management.
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience with accounting software (Mayn, etc)
